The service efficiency health check (SEHC) provides a platform to identify areas of improvement within the Service operation and focuses on operational procedures, CSI, sales and profit performance. With particular emphasis on Service Reception, It is a thorough, ‘deep-dive’ review of how your Service facility operates.
The process commences by establishing what you determine to be your Service KPIs. These will in principal form the basis for the SEHC.
The SEHC reviews, in detail the following areas:

After the on-site SEHC has taken place, a detailed report will be provided highlighting the areas of improvement that will, if addressed improve the overall efficiency of the Service operation and, its ability to achieve (or where possible exceed) agreed KPIs and franchise standards.
Fully documented recommendations and a detailed action plan will be presented to the dealer management team for their consideration.
